Burn out is the only word I have for you peeps if you ask about me these days. Covering the POL-ITE's is a seriously draining task, combined with training and you get SHAGGED.Haven't been able to rest well, don't have the mood to help out during lessons. Don't even feel like going for classes, but I'm sort of enjoying all of it because although it maybe tough but hell I'm still doing things that I love to so this helps a little. Training has been well, even though my knee is still giving me problems but I am still able to train . For the weak minded this all may seem tough. But when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. |
