Here to update,went for class on Friday and zipped home around 12 plus to get ready for the orientation camp. Rushed and went to meet boon khiaw and dudes around 2 plus, was supposed to go and buy plastic bags for our surprise water bombing session on the leaders but had to meet andy in school at very last minute so went back to school while they went to get the stuff.Helped the sec 1's to settle down, before going to help out for the tele match. Helped 1n2 and yeah they won because of my unorthodox way of 'helping', the other leaders complained me of cheating but didnt care haha. After that some of us seniors entertained the sec one's till it was time for dinner, we went for dinner at the coffee shop outside. Campfire time, I can't believed the sec one's were damn dead, our leaders were a bit sian too. So the seniors, primarily me,dom and cazua, were running around like crazy people and trying to hype up the atmosphere. Didn't care whether we know the cheers and all, we were just crazy. The sec one's finally got going around the middle of the camp fire and yeah we had fun. Did some debriefing with the sec one's, bathed, supper and sleeping time. Our surprise were in place,we had help from some of the other helpers, but we were worried we could not stay, because seniors were not allowed to stay over at first. But thanks to paul lim, we were able to. Asked the councillors to debriefed at the councillor room area, dom and debra talked some stuff while we got ourself in place and boom the one's who stayed over got it haha fun. Cleaned up and went to bath. The night was boring because there were no cards and all, but we watched videos and talked crap, had mac in the middle of the night and slowly one by one the juniors fell asleep. By 5 plus the surviving ones were, zihui and yixian, zoelle, vivian, me, dom, cazua, a malay dude whose name i dunno, boon khiaw. Me and dom slept around 5.45 and was woke up by paul lim at 6, was a zombie in the morning and I was falling asleep at the flag rasing area, the table outside the hall. Camp ended around 10 plus, and waited for some of the peeps to finish with their respective duties for the cca open house, went to have branch at jp before going home for more sleep. Homed around 12.30, bathed and slept from 1 plus to 9.30 woke up and had dinner before going back to sleep at 12.30 all the way till 10.30. All in all I want to thank the council for the wonderful camp you have given me this year, great experience and maybe I will be back next year for one last hurray. Have fun this coming year :) WHOOO 2 more weeks of schooling left before 10 weeks of holi's haha, oh ya and good luck to sec 4's taking result on monday. |
